Important notice about invitation letter:

In case you need a formal invitation to participate in ICGSE 2012 (in order to get your visa, for example), you must register yourself. Once you have registered, you can email the Local Organizing Committee Chair, Sabrina Marczak, at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and she will provide you with the letter. You need to inform: your full name as stated in your passport, nationality, passport number, affiliation (for academics, please provide the department name also), and job position. Please attach your registration confirmation as a PDF to the request. No letter will be provided without proof of registration.

Authors of accepted full papers, short papers, posters, workshop papers, and doctoral symposium papers MUST register until June 11st 2012.

Registrations categories and fees


Workshop / Tutorials / Doctoral Symposium on 27th August 2012

The registration fee includes attendance to one whole day workshop or two tutorials (choose one morning and one afternoon), or one whole day doctoral symposium, electronic proceedings on a memory stick, Tea/Coffee, Lunch (Monday) & Welcome Reception (Monday).

Early Bird by August 10th 2012: US$ 250

After August 10th 2012: US$ 300


Conference 28-30 August 2012

The registration fee includes electronic proceedings on a memory stick, Tea/Coffee, Lunches (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), Welcome Reception (Monday), and Banquet (Wednesday).

Cancellations of registration

For cancellations made before July 31st there will be an administrative fee of 20% deducted from each refund. Reimbursement will not be given for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the conference.
